People always ask us, "Who is Moose and who is Goose?" The name belongs to our two sons! "Moose" earned his moniker as a rugged trail name while hiking, and "Goose" is the legendary gamer tag of his brother. When you look at our logo, you’ll see a fun moose and a goose high fiving in the workshop—a perfect reflection of the brothers' partnership and the lighthearted, hardworking spirit of our shop.
At Moose & Goose, everyone has a vital role to play in keeping the gears turning:
The Wrench Crew (Father & Sons): The heavy lifting, troubleshooting, and greasy hands belong to Dad and our two boys (including our youngest teenage son). They have a knack for diagnosing problems and a passion for making dead engines roar back to life.
Parts Procurement (Mom): Mom is the logistical backbone of the operation. If a rare gasket, a specific carburetor, or an elusive spark plug exists, she will hunt it down and get it to the shop fast and affordably.
Social Media & Marketing (Daughters): Our daughters run the digital front lines. They're the ones capturing our before-and-after transformations, sharing our journey, and connecting directly with you, our community.
Engine Sales: We scout out tired, non-running small engines (lawnmowers, chainsaws, trimmers, generators, and more), refurbish them to peak condition, and sell them at a fair price.
Repair Services: Got a piece of equipment that refuses to start? Skip the big-box corporate wait times. Bring it to us, and our family will diagnose and repair it for you.
